Apple Valley Town council member Scott Nassif’s recent letter criticizes Apple Valley Ranchos Water Company for using money it earned while providing the town with high-quality water, to defend itself against a prolonged and capricious attack by the Town (It’s about rate stabilization,
Daily Press, July 9, 2015).
Considering that the Town has spent somewhere in the neighborhood of a million dollars attacking Ranchos, one has to wonder what response Nassif would consider appropriate?
